 Shipping costs!

The shipping costs for packages up to 10 kg and 60 cm sides start at 45 Euro.

The shipping costs for larger products such as bonnets, bumpers or roofs are calculated individually.

After placement of an order on our webwebsite, the we buy the relevant lot from automotive scrap in Europe , then it is delivered by courier services to our warehouse. Afterwards we additionally inspect the goods and make more photos. Our employees additionally pack the goods and ship them to  EU-member states. 

Delivery and payment in the Europe countries:

goods are sent once a week from our warehouse in Poland. Then the goods are sent to the customers at their addresses specified in the order. You may track the shipping information on the websites of shipping companies according to the consigment document;
Time of delivery is from 10 to 25 days. Time of delivery of the goods to our warehouse should also be taken into account, usually it takes 5-10 days after the purchase
Goods are dispatched to the customer upon prepayment of 100% of cost.

Shipping to Non-EU Countries

 We ship products to countries outside the European Union.
Please note:
All parcels are declared at their full order value.
Additional customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s import regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Estimated delivery time is 10–51 business days, not including any delays due to customs processing in your country.
We recommend checking your country’s customs policies before placing an order.
Goods are dispatched to the customer upon prepayment of 100% of cost.

If the damaged parcel is accepted and no comments are made on the acceptance document, the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered undamaged. If you notice any damage after unpacking your parcel, please take a photograph and contact our Customer Service Department
YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO DRAW UP A PRODUCT DAMAGE REPORT (without this document, claims will not be accepted).
